Anything outside a standard catalogue size, material, or finish. Non-standard dimensions, unusual substrates, specialty finishes like foil or embossing, very short runs, or a job you have been told elsewhere is not possible. If you are unsure, describe it and we will tell you straight whether it can be done.
Yes — acrylic, ACP panels, vinyl, fabric, foam board, rigid PVC, and more depending on the job. Tell us the end use and environment (indoor, outdoor, handled daily) and we will recommend the material rather than you having to specify it.
No fixed minimum, but very short runs cost more per unit because setup is the same whether you print 5 or 500. We will tell you where the price breaks fall so you can decide.
Yes, on request. For anything with an unusual material or finish we would rather you see and handle a sample first than approve it from a screen and be disappointed.
We ask questions first — size, material, quantity, deadline, where it will live. Then we quote a fixed price. If something about the job will not work as described, we say so before you commit, not after.
Worth asking us anyway. A lot of "not possible" really means "not possible on our standard equipment." We say yes more often than most printers, and when we genuinely cannot do something, we tell you why rather than quoting you out of it.
