Your files are yours
When you share artwork, logos, or design files with ColorDoer — whether through WhatsApp, email, or our quote form — those files are used exclusively to fulfill your print order. We do not share, sell, license, or distribute your files to any third party under any circumstances.
How we store your files
Files submitted for printing are stored securely for the duration of your order and for a reasonable period afterward so we can reprint or reorder on your behalf if needed. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your files from unauthorized access. If you would like your files deleted after your order is complete, contact us and we will remove them promptly.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver your order and respond to your enquiries:
- —Name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number you provide in quote requests
- —Order details such as product type, quantity, and delivery address
- —Files and artwork you submit for printing
- —Basic website usage data (pages visited, general location) via standard analytics
What we never do

- —We never use your artwork for our own marketing without explicit written permission
- —We never share your contact details with other businesses
- —We never store payment card details — payments are handled by secure third-party processors
WhatsApp communication
We use WhatsApp to communicate with customers about their orders. Messages and files exchanged over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We do not initiate unsolicited marketing messages via WhatsApp.
