Services

ColorDoer provides professional printing and production services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All orders are subject to these terms. By placing an order — whether via our website, WhatsApp, or email — you agree to these terms in full.

File & artwork responsibility

You are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the files you submit. ColorDoer prints from the files provided. We will flag obvious technical issues (low resolution, missing bleeds) before printing, but we are not liable for errors in the original artwork — including spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or wrong dimensions — once production has begun.

• —Files must be submitted in print-ready format (PDF preferred, minimum 300 DPI)
• —Color values should be set to CMYK for accurate color reproduction
• —We recommend requesting a physical proof for large orders or brand-critical work
• —Artwork containing copyrighted material is submitted at the customer's own legal risk

Approval & production

Production begins after you approve the quote and confirm the order. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and refunds are not available for that order. For large or complex orders, we will send a digital proof for approval before printing.

Pricing & payment

All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours. Payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for significant changes to an order after quoting.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin from the point of order confirmation, not from the time of enquiry. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. ColorDoer is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or access issues at the delivery location.

• —Standard delivery: 3–5 business days within Riyadh
• —Express delivery: 24 hours (subject to availability and order complexity)
• —Delivery is to ground-floor accessible locations by default
• —The customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order

Quality & reprints

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a print job is defective due to a production error on our part, we will reprint the order at no charge. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the defect. Reprints are not offered for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce all content, logos, images, and text in the files you submit. ColorDoer is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

Limitation of liability

ColorDoer's liability in any circumstances is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from any print job, delay, or error.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
